Now, for tomorrowBaker Tilly Central Africa traces its roots back to April 2001, when Phibion Gwatidzo founded Gwatidzo and Company Chartered Accountants in Harare, Zimbabwe, which became an independent member of Baker Tilly International in May 2007. We amalgamated with Ziumbe and Company Chartered Accountants January 2009, changing our name to Baker Tilly Gwatidzo in June 2010 and finally adopting Baker Tilly as our trading name February 2017. Today, we have a network of firms operating in Botswana,Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe, with seven full time partners supported by more than two hundred staff members in four countries.
